Building Hope Summit County is a community-wide initiative designed to create a more coordinated, effective and responsive mental health system that promotes emotional health, reduces stigma and improves access to care and support for everyone in Summit County.
Your donation supports the following local programs:
The mental health therapy scholarship, Building Hope's flagship program, provides financial support for mental health therapy sessions to those who live or work in Summit County that cannot afford the cost of a therapist.
Connectedness events address isolation in the rural mountain community by providing free opportunities for locals and visitors to connect.
Training programs increase public awareness and provide education around mental health.
Provider support programs improve access by assisting mental health providers with insurance credentialing, continuing education and development.
Support groups provide a relaxed space for peers to discuss challenges.
