Film Descriptions:

FLOW, an aerial and symphonic journey with skier Sam Favret, in the heart of the closed resort of Chamonix, during this very special winter of 2021. A dose of unreality, serenity and Sam’s powerful skiing. But above all the pleasure of rediscovering a playground back to its wild state.

FROM MY WINDOW, From her bedroom window, Melissa Simpson looks out at the highest peaks in Colorado. Despite being so close, the mountains have always been worlds away for Melissa, who was born with cerebral palsy. With the help of her friend and mentor, blind adventurer Erik Weihenmayer, Melissa sets out to conquer something far greater than a summit. Through humility and grace, Melissa proves that what is within us, is stronger than what’s in our way.

THIS IS BETH, Rock climber Beth Rodden is one of the most prolific athletes in climbing history, with multiple free ascents of El Capitan and first ascents of cutting edge lines to her name. ‘This is Beth’ takes an intimate look beneath the forward facing success of her career, diving into Beth’s grapple with body image and cruel self-talk, and celebrating how she transformed this dynamic to rediscover the love of her sport.

IF I TELL THEM, James Sampsel, a plein air painter and fly-fishing guide, comes to terms with his past and a bipolar diagnosis that hangs over his future.

YOU AND THE THING THAT YOU LOVE, A decade ago, Nick Mullins was one of the most promising skateboarders to come from the Midwest. Then, overnight it all changed. Shot by two strangers on weekends, across three states over two years. This is a story of pain, uncertainty, fear, fight, and most importantly — love.

ATTACK AND RELEASE, After moving with his family to the US from Sri Lanka, Ranga lost his father unexpectedly to a heart attack. Coping with the loss eventually led him to Montana, where he was drawn to the magic of fly fishing and the solace of the river. Through being in nature and meeting the challenges of his personal journey, learned the importance of mindfulness and living life with an open heart.

WRITE YOUR LINE, As a kid, Ben dreams of reaching the level of his favorite, legendary athletes. During his ski descent, he finds himself sharing his ride with the greatest and inspiring future generations.
